Below are the permanent sub committees of 3-5 members each. They meet on an as needed basis & include the below BOD members who report into the BOD’s as needed. Additional BOD’s and parent volunteers are welcome to join the sub committees up to a maximum of 5 members.
A new Sub Committee Report Section will be added to our monthly BOD's meeting agenda. It is recommended that no more than two Sub Committee Reports would be allowed at each monthly board meeting.Finance/Budgeting - Treasurer, Purchasing, Facilities
Capital Improvements - Facilities, Treasurer, Purchasing
Player /Coach Personnel - Player Coach Dev, Age Directors, Travel
Fundraising – Concessions, Treasurer
Tournament Committee- Travel, Age Directors, Facilities
Scholarship Committee– Referee, Travel, Player Coach Dev
Discipline Committee- President, Player Coach Development, Referee Director, Age/ Travel
* Infractions and or questionable reports of player, parent, and or coach behavior will be heard by this committee in Executive Session.
* All compliants must be submitted in writing, either by letter or e-mail, to a board member within 3 weeks of the alleged incident. Both the Discipline Sub Committee and the Board of Directors are to meet and make a decision within 30 days of receipt of the written complaint. (See TYSL Constitution For Additional Details)
