TYSL Refund Policy

 

Tewksbury Youth Soccer will grant a refund under the following conditions (to be verified by the Registrar and the appropriate Director):

 

TYSL Recreational Soccer Programs

 

If the player is registered in U4, U5, U6, or U8 (In-Town programs) the request for a refund must be submitted before August 15th for Fall season and before March 15th for Spring season.

TYSL Travel Soccer Programs

 

If the player is registered in U10, U12, U14, U16, or U18 (Travel programs) the request for a refund must be submitted before June 30th for the Fall season and before November 30th for the Spring season.

TYSL Clinic Programs

 

If the player is registered in the Summer Soccer program, Winter Soccer program, or one of our clinic programs the request for a refund must be submitted prior to the date of the first session.

 

To request a refund for one of these programs, please contact the  via email .

Additionally Parents / Guardians may request a refund for a player after the dates listed above only if that player is unable to participate because of a medical reason or if the player has moved out of the TYSL district.  Please submit either a doctor’s note or a utility bill with the refund request in order to expedite the process.  The Registrar and the Age director together are authorized to approve a refund under these circumstances and then report the outcome to the Board of Directors.  Refund requests for Travel and Recreational soccer will not be considered after August 31st for Fall season or March 31st for Spring season.  Refunds for Clinic programs will not be considered after the first session.

 

When a refund is granted, fees and costs incurred by TYSL for the player will not be refunded.  These costs include but are not limited to the following:  uniform costs, town fees, facilities costs (including indoor arena rental), Mass Youth Soccer Insurance, Middlesex Youth Soccer fee, and late fees.
