Tewksbury Youth Soccer League (TYSL) is dedicated to providing each participant the opportunity to play soccer in a safe environment; become more knowledgable about the game, gain self confidence, while fostering team and individual development, sportsmanship, fair play, and good health.

ATTENTION TYSL - New TRAVEL Registration Policy

Starting in the Fall of 2013, TYSL will have a new travel registration policy. Travel registration will be open (without a late fee) every year during the months of May and October (May 1^st through May 31^st for fall season and October 1^st through October 31^st for spring season).

Travel Tryouts for Fall Season Announced

Tryouts will be Sunday June 2nd and June 9th (Rain date June 16^th)

The times will be as follows:

U10 Boys: 9:00 am- 10:30 am
U10 Girls: 9:00 am- 10:30 am

U12 Girls: 11:15 am - 12:45 pm

U12 Boys: 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm

U14 Boys: 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
U14 Girls: 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

All players must be registered to attend tryouts and registration is open from:
May 1st to May 31st (without late fee)
June 1st to June 9th (with $25 late fee)

Players must attend at least 1 tryout or will be subject to being placed on the lowest teams.

TYSL has a new format for tryouts this year, evaluations of the players will be done by the following:

1. The Coaches
2. Travel Selection Committee
3. East Coast Soccer

Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Tewksbury Youth Soccer League

The AGM for TYSL will be held on: June 20^th, 2013 @ Tewksbury Memorial HS café from 6:30 to 10:00 PM

The AGM is where the Board of Directors for the coming year is voted in.
All board positions are considered open at the AGM.

In the TYSL Constitution (which can be found on our website) it is clear that we do not allow nominations to be made at the AGM, therefore, prior notification is necessary. If you would like to run for a position on our board we respectfully ask that you send a short email telling us what position you are interested in. An email of interest must be received no later than June 6, 2013.

Also note that changes to the constitution can be made at the AGM. Please submit any proposed changes by June, 10, 2013.

TYSL Board of Directors Meeting Dates

TheTYSL Board of Directors will be meeting on the following days:

Wednesday, May 8th @ 8 PM @ TMHS room C113

Wednesday, June 12th @ 7 PM

AGM June 20th @ 6:30 @ TMHS.

All meetings are held at the South Street Fiire station unless otherwise noted. All members are welcome to attend the meetings.
